You need a "key box code" to enter the room
Please be sure to complete the Registration Form before check-in
Japanese law (Article 6 of the Inn Business Law) requires the recording and preservation of guest lists.
It is similar procedure to the check-in procedure at the front desk of the hotel, and is carried out at any private lodging, too.
You will not be able to stay until you have registered all guests. We do not accept refunds.
This is not our own judgment. We are instructed as such by the administration.
Especially for foreign guests (except those living in Japan), when we asked for a passport, if they refuse it, we have a duty to tell the police about that.
At our shop, we do it on the WEB in advance and devise so that you can check in smoothly on the day.

Since guesthouses are "private homes," there may be cases where the address is not listed in detail due to privacy and security reasons, or the location on the map may be inaccurate.

There are various features, such as one-way streets in front of the building, or the main entrance being another store's entrance with the correct entrance at the back.
It is possible to mistakenly enter a completely unrelated house or store and be reported for trespassing to the police. (This is a story about other guesthouses, but it is a true story.)

Additional Cleaning Fee

As more intermediary sites such as Airbnb and Rakuten VacationStay handle guesthouses, the way cleaning fees are listed and paid may differ depending on the site’s system, so please check carefully.
Not just with us, but guesthouses often have separate cleaning fees, so be sure to check before making your reservation.
If you are staying just one night and not cooking, it might be cheaper to stay at a business hotel.
However, the ability to use the kitchen is a strong advantage of guesthouses.
For example, if you want to enjoy crab hot pot in Hokkaido, buying crabs from the market and cooking it yourself can save you several thousand yen to even tens of thousands of yen compared to dining out, depending on the number of people.
Those who drive can enjoy drinks without hesitation and don’t need to worry about last orders.

Once your reservation is made, we will send you more detailed information and a notification email required for your stay.

If you do not receive an email or have questions about the content, please contact us before check-in.
In particular, there are a lot of cases "We were able to receive at home PC, but noticed later that we could not receive with smartphone and tablet."

In very rare cases, due to system glitches, etc., we may accidentally send you a private lodging information email that is different from the one you planned to stay.(In some cases, such as two rooms in the same apartment, the contents are similar and it is easy to get confused.)
Since it is operated by an individual, it is not possible to use a strict system like a hotel or check many times with a large number of people. Mistakes can inevitably occur.
(We are doing our best, but we tend to be understaffed in order to keep accommodation costs down. I think it's the same with any guest house.)

Cancellation Policy
For guests who booked through intermediary sites such as Airbnb or Booking.com, the regulations of those intermediary sites will apply.
For guests who made a reservation directly through this official website, cancellations for personal reasons are generally not accepted.
This is because guesthouses are not like hotels with multiple identical rooms; they are unique items and are treated as "sold" due to their nature.
However, cancellations are accepted in the following cases:

- In case of an accidental reservation, notify us of the cancellation within 48 hours of sending the reservation email. (Cancellations are not accepted after this period.)
- If transportation planned for arrival is canceled due to severe weather, making it impossible to reach the location (please inform us of the transportation you were scheduled to use).
- If you are unable to stay due to illness such as COVID-19 or other diseases (please send medical certificates or receipts via email).
- If you are unable to stay due to government or local authority decisions.
If you have already paid for your stay, we will transfer the amount after deducting "4% of the accommodation fee as a cancellation fee" + "transfer fee" to the designated account.
Even if your situation does not fall under the above cases, please consult us, and we will consider accepting cancellations depending on the circumstances.

Guide to stay
Even if family members or friends live in the near, it is forbidden to invite them inside the building.

When you smoke, it takes cleaning fee.
While you are staying at my house, if you smoke at outside of the house, please never throw away the cigarette.
Please put the cigarette in an empty plastic bottle or can and treat it yourself.
If you throw out the cigarette, you have to pay a fine of 20, 000 yen.

Area where guest enters house and is OK
It is all right except in places where "Staff Only" is posted inside the house.
【One towel per person】
Basically, we will give you one set of face towel and bath towel per person.
There is a washing machine in the facility, so if you are staying multiple nights, please wash it yourself and reuse it.
If you absolutely need to add it, it will be [paid service], but please contact us.
However, we cannot respond to sudden requests, so please contact us well in advance.

Reporting Obligation for Damaged Equipment
If you damage any equipment, regardless of the extent, you must immediately report it to us.
For significant damage to equipment or failures due to rough handling that are the customer's responsibility, repair or replacement costs will be charged, but the amount will be decided through mutual agreement.
However, if damage is deliberately concealed and you leave without reporting it, we will charge the full repair or replacement cost without considering normal wear and tear, and if you do not agree, we will report the damage to the police as vandalism.
Especially if you damage items like plates, mugs, or glass bottles that could cause injury from broken pieces, please report it to us to ensure the safety of the next guest and address the danger of broken items.
Usually, please "wrap large pieces in paper or plastic to isolate them safely" and "remove the pieces with a vacuum cleaner" to handle the situation temporarily.
Afterward, please contact us with details such as "what was broken and where" and "how the pieces are being stored."
Since the cleaning staff might inadvertently touch the pieces and get injured, please ensure thorough communication.
While we do not seek compensation for such damage from individuals, if malicious concealment is discovered, a special cleaning fee of [20,000 yen] for hazardous material removal will be additionally charged.

You take it outside and can use it.
Use the SSID and password for connection.
You can connect with Internet using SSID and a password.
Please check a setting method of the Internet connection using the SSID for your Mobile device beforehand.
We can not advice how to use your device.
About communication restrictions
It takes a limit when you use much quantity at once per day.
The limit is canceled in a day. It is recovered tomorrow.
About charging
If charge is insufficient, an electric wave is weak, the Internet connection becomes unstable.
If charge is enough, you can use the Internet comfortably even if wherever of the house.

Router restart method
Please reboot Router if connection becomes unstable.

If the Circuit Breaker Trips, Recovery is Charged!
★ If the circuit breaker trips, we need to send staff to inspect the boiler, so recovery cannot be done by the customer themselves.

The lock is released automatically when the movement of the washing tank stops and becomes safe. Please wait a little.
If the locked lid is forced open, the washing machine will be broken.

About the heaters
- You can operate only 【運転】(Start / Stop) button.
- Please do not put a thing around a heater.
- Please ventilate the room regularly.
- Please do not pull the outlet of all heaters in the house.
Stop all heaters when going out!
Every year in Hokkaido, many people have died of fire due to forgetting to turn off the heaters.
In our shop, staff contact you in advance to enter the room, and they check if you no forgetting to turn off the heater.
If you forget to turn off the heater, the safety device operates and you can not use the heater. In that case, the cancellation fee of the safety setting will be charged 10,000 yen.
