It is a large house in a quiet residential area.
It house is very quiet because surrounded by garden trees and far from the neighbors.
In the summer, you can enjoy fireworks and barbecues in the garden (pay / reservation required).
Free parking up to two cars (summer), or one car (winter).
10 mins from subway "Minami Hiragishi station" by walk.
You can go to center of the town by the subway simply.
Supermarkets and convenience stores can be found around the nearest station, so it's convenient.
When you go to the Sapporo Dome or "Hitsujigaoka" direction , there is a big shopping mall "Aeon Mall Nishioka". You can enjoy shopping.

Family room, and Kitchen
There is a spacious solarium on the first floor. You can get sunshine.
There is a Larger-screen LCD TV, Air conditioning, massage chair there.
You can spend comfortable(Please look the pictures!).
The spacious kitchen includes a fridge, IH cooker, microwave, toaster, any kitchenware.
Family room is two there. There is a sofa and TV in it. You can quietly spend.
You can free rental Wi-Fi.

Bedroom
There is the 4 bedroom on the second floor that use for available depending on the number of guests.
There is a comfortable the 11 single beds and the 2 loft beds.
Also use the futon, you can stay up to 20 people.

Bathroom
The bathroom has a shampoo, body soap, bath towel, hairdryer.
There is washer-dryer (Detergent and softener are free).

In the summer, you can enjoy fireworks and a BBQ in the garden (paid, reservation required)
This is a paid optional service for a limited time.
・BBQ: Complete set rental 5,000 yen
・Fireworks: 3,000-5,000 yen (depending on the number of people)

*Even if the cancellation is likely to occur due to unfavorable weather, etc., it is up to the customer to cancel their stay due to that reason, so refunds will not be made for cancellations after the free cancellation period (only the option fee will be refunded. ).

You can go to a simple, Sapporo station, Susukino, Odori.
Near the station, there is a large supermarket. The supermarket contains a drugstore, Daiso, bakery.

How to enter the house
You need get the key yourself from the key box.
You can get the key box code by the web.
We inform you the URL for get the code by email in advance.

【2】Check Available Dates on "Agoda" Calendar

Our site does not have a calendar system like those found in hotels (the implementation cost is way too high, impossible!).
Therefore, we use "Agoda," which is free to register with.
Please check the available dates on the "Agoda" calendar using the URL below.

※Regarding Rates (Same rate for 1 to guests)

You can get a rough estimate of the rates on "Agoda."
However, the prices shown include Agoda's service fees, so please contact us directly via the email below when making a reservation.
You can stay for a lower price than Agoda!

The rate is the same for up to guests.
Please note that even if only one person stays, the price will not be reduced.
